CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc Image Recording Status with detailed status messages

The last dialog displayed for this process shows you the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc recording status. You can switch between two settings for the display of the information. This is the default display setting.

1.The Status Message box (1) keeps you informed about the current recording process.

2.The Progress bar (2) will show you the progress of the current recording session.

3.Watch what happens, keeping an eye on the level of the Buffer Status (3) display at the bottom of the dialog box. If the display frequently drops down towards the left hand end of the bar (except at the end) you should probably reduce the write speed the next time you record the CD, DVD or Blu-ray Disc. You should do a test if you plan to use your computer for other tasks while writing CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray Discs for example downloading files from the Internet. Start the write simulation (see the option Simulate recording before burning: at Write Options) and then keep an eye on the Buffer Status display while you are starting your other applications and work with them.

4.Click on Hide details (4) if you want to switch back to the animated display.
